You’re sitting there curled up on the couch, partly watching your latest netflix binge, partly scrolling instagram, mainly looking for a glimmer of hope to make sense of this thing called life. You’ve had a great week at work, your friends took you for sushi to your fave spot mid week, you have a trip planned for the long weekend, and yet you sit here feeling meh. You ask yourself is this it? Is this life? Is this as good as it gets? And then you hear a whisper (that’s all too familiar) say “there’s got to be more!”.

What Is A Coach Anyway?
With mental health awareness higher than ever, it seems we should have more answers, more solutions, more peace than ever. Truth is the awareness has not increased the level of satisfaction, peace or fulfillment and THAT is a problem.
Quit Accepting Less Than The Best
Imagine for a moment having a peaceful calm mind, a body that allowed you to say yes to everything you desired, a confidence that had you ebb and flow with grace.
Imagine a life where you wake up feeling so good in your skin, well rested, confident, energized and ready to take on your day. Imagine a life where you know yourself as capable of whatever life brings your way, letting go of your need to micro manage and control, stepping in to the peace of surrender and presence. Imagine a life where no matter how you feel in your body, you knew exactly what was needed to get back to your best health.
Health is your natural state and you already have everything you need for that reality to be yours.
Inside, Outside, Upside Down.
Let’s start by agreeing the world is upside down and we continue to look outside for the answers. We are inundated with information day in and day out and the information is growing exponentially like no other time. If you’re feeling more exhausted than ever, more confused and foggy, struggling to take action in a world where you used to #getshitdone - it’s not you, you’ve been set up.
Let’s talk today about both the reality of our current day and a world where you wake up, peaceful, clear and in inspired action living your best life.
