Not your average life coach let’s make some time to get to know each other. I’ll go first.
Miss Jenny B Integrative coaching exists because after a lifetime of health struggles, being put in boxes, and saying no to things i dreamed of saying yes to i re-wrote my health to discover freedom and it’s time for you to do the same - it’s time to thrive.
I believe that health is something that is available to anyone, anytime. I also believe the world does not want you to know it. I have been heart broken by the world, disappointed in norms and standards, and personally struggled for years to feel good.
As a young girl I started experiencing health problems, asthma, eczema, migraines, seasonal allergies and the list goes on. Early in life I was “that girl” and defined by my diagnoses. I allowed it to keep me small, and be my identity for years until one day as a teen when I woke up and thought to myself “wait a minute, I’m here on purpose and God would never want me to suffer like this”.
that’s when my mission started - operation access optimal health.
I started studying what made us human and what provided us the “good life”. This looked like studying religion, psychology, health, spirituality, meditation, movement, nutrition, brain plasticity, Neuro Linguistic Programming, leadership, and the list goes on. I was on a mission to wake up in my best body, living my best life.
Along the way I did discover my best health, my best body, and what it felt like to wake up to my best life. It was that moment of “anything is possible” that inspired me to pay it forward.
I had always had a love for people, and my believe that anything was possible, my glass half full thinking, and my deep knowing that all humans are here on purpose with purpose had me dive in to a full time career as a coach in 2014.
Today with many trainings and certifications under my belt and thousands of clients around the world I’m excited to be right here offering health to anyone ready to say yes!
Miss Jenny B Integrative Coaching exists so that there’s an opportunity for people to have a new conversation about health. A conversation where we aren’t looking out in to the world but rather connecting inward to our truth. We are all unique and therefore have unique needs.

Ok! Ok! While that’s definitely not wrong, I’ll dive a little deeper.
THE MANY LIVES THAT BROUGHT you jenny b
Yes, you read that right, lives. I truly believe in one lifetime, we live more than one life, one chapter, one iteration of us. Given our cells completely regenerate every 7 years if nothing else we have an opportunity to be born anew at least every 7. For me there has been so many lifetimes, so many chapters, lessons, learnings, seasons. They all led me here to the birth of Miss Jenny B. (and for the record this is for sure my favourite version to date - cause “better with age right!”)
As I mentioned early, I struggled with my health very early on in life. In 8th grade it hit an all time low which could be summed up by sharing my 164 days of school missed, multiple hospitalizations, severe depression and thoughts of suicide. I had been following all the “rules” and my experience of life was, it wasn’t worth living. But we know it didn’t end there (although it very easily could have). Nope not on my watch, It fuelled my fire to build a passion for health, life and all things living my best life.
From that decision in 8th grade until today there have been so many moments, success, failures and lessons learned. Era if you will.
There was the YOLO era where I lived each day to the fullest, shopping, partying, casual dating, quitting school, moving to NYC, living it up. There was the plug in to my parent’s system era, where I bought a home, got married, had kids, bought more property, had the professional career, even had a budget to follow. I woke up at 30 miserable, drinking too much, overweight, and wanting to burn it all to the ground.
Then came the era I like to call burn it down to build it back up. I left my marriage, I left my restrictive career, I started doing things differently. I lost 100 lbs, I quit drinking, I invested in myself, in healing, in raising daughters to be confident and aware. I traveled the world, I trained with the best of the best, I shared my life generously, I found the middle ground.
Then there was the locked in my glass castle in the sky era aka the pandemic. March 2020 when the world shut down it felt like the last 20 years of learning were being tested. This was the era when all that wasn’t me was stripped away, ego died, true values were revealed and I cried, a lot.
And that brings us to today, and the birth of Miss Jenny B. I can truly say that today I wake up feeling so peaceful, equipped with everything I need to feel good, look good and play good. Yes that’s our family motto but also a great and simple way I choose to create and prioritize my life. I know what I like and don’t like. I know how I want to feel and what I need to do to get there. I trust myself and it’s time to pay it all forward.
So allow me to be here for you, bringing almost 30 years of learning, success, failure and training to you. Allow me to excite you about what’s possible. Allow me to have you discover your best life, best health, best now. it’s time to get better with age.
